Actor Eddie Nartey has literarily become a household name as a result of his acting prowess which has earned him a movie star status. His adaptability and ability to depict any acting role offered him promises to give producers and casting crew problems since he can’t be sideline for any role anymore.
Going nude or naked in front of the camera in Hollywood is seen as a normal practice, to a large extent mandatory as there are nudity clauses in their contracts.
Sex they say sells, but in this part of our world acting nude or naked is seen as a taboo (are we still primitive?), it’s seen as a foreign culture and society frowns upon that mind-set. You dare not act nudity in a movie unless you want to face the wrath of society and name calling.
The Tears Of Womanhood star rubbishes and defied this warning and acted nude in his latest movie ‘One In A Million’.
No doubt, His entry into the movie industry was just by sheer coincidence, the role he played in a movie that actually brought him to the limelight was a role reserved for Van Vicker.
He was told bluntly on the face, that he wasn’t fit into any role in that movie, but thank God; he at least remembered he said to himself when Van Vicker who was initially casted for that role wasn’t in the country by then.
Eddie is a final year directing student of the school of Performing Arts, University of Ghana.

Eddie: Perhaps, its depends on the individual, you never know where you can find love. I believe one can find love anywhere.

Eddie: I don’t know.
‘One In A Million’ has Ghanaian and Nigerian presence which makes it a must watch movie.
It’s about Eddie Nartey’s friend Mike Ezeronye, who leaves his white girlfriend for a Ghanaian local girl (Nadia Buari). Mike married Nadia based on the recommendation and the good things, his parents said about her and the fact that she is still a virgin (interesting to know that we still have virgins).
Mike decided to take her back to her parents because she lied (confusing huh?), unfortunately, on their way going to Nadia’s house, they were captured by armed robbers who were been pursued by the police. Scuffle and confusion and other things set in and that sets the ball rolling.
