Mobile Telecom giant, MTN might have been dropped as title sponsors for Charter House’s flagship event, the Ghana Movie Awards. Or they did really push the awards aside? Whoever dropped or shunned whoever is not important here as MTN and Charter House gears up for the annual ‘Night of Laughs and Music’ series.
This year’s edition is ‘1013’ and as usual promises to be exciting. If there is a show that people doesn’t miss in the year is the event scheduled for Boxing Day Monday 26th December, the Dome of the International Conference Centre.
Comedians on the night include Africa’s finest comedians: Nigeria’s Comedian of the year, Seyi Law, Elenu, Funny Bone, Buchi, Ajebo. Ghanaian’s Funny Face, the name with many aliases will also be representing.
Finest of Ghanaian musical heavyweights such as gospel crowd pullers ‘No Tribe’, Ghana’s rap doctor, Okyeame Kwame, budding artiste from Stars Of the Future reality show, Kaki as well as lots of other artistes will be performing on the night which will be a sold out concert.
