J.J. Rawlings snatched victory from the crowds favourite Nana Akufo-Addo in the grand finale of the reality show 'Just Like You'.

If you have been a regular viewer of 'Just Like You' show on TV Africa, you would have notice that, the competition since its commencement 13 weeks ago week in week out has been between JJ Rawlings, Nana Akufo-Addo and J. A. Kuffour, to an extent Kwesi Pratt. This is not to say the other competitors just added to the numbers.

In the first segment, both contestants were in their elements, the mannerism, were there. They made sure the audience had enough to laugh about, they both attracted good and favourable comments from the judges.

Though the same can't be said of the second segment, which only brought up the weaknesses of the other competitors. Chris the eventual winner capitalized on it and scored high marks on the judges scorecards as others failed to live up to the expectation.

What is more exciting than to have the people being imitated in the studio and rep of the other contestants laughing uncontrollably?

Nana Akufo-Addo was represented by Mr. Kwakye, as Hon. Frank Agyekum represented former president J.A. Kuffour, Mr. Kofi Adams, aide to the former president JJ Rawling was there to represent his boss. Social commentator Kwesi was there also.

Charles Dankwa, the imitator of Nana Akufo-Addo was in the lead (stand to be corrected) based on the jeers and the cheers emanating from the audiences and looks like the one to be crowned winner but he relinquished the title in the second segment, where Chris the original winner excelled in his Kokonsa act.

The original concept was to pick someone and imitator that person but changing the rules midway through the show didn't really help the show.

People are of the opinion that, having the contestant change the original people they choose to imitator in the name of being versatile affected their delivery.

And rightly so, this was evident in the second segment as the likes of Charles Dankwa, the imitator of Nana Akufo-Addo, Kweku Moses, imitator for Kwesi Pratt failed miserably in their bid to imitate Dan Afari Yeboah and the late Dan Lartey respectively.

A guy like Paul Quarcoo looked superb as Kofi Wayo than President Mills. He only sounded like the latter when he spoke fante.

The 13 weeks show saw several judges on rotation, apart from Fred Amugi and Irene Opare being regular.

Regardless of the little hitches, Chris merits the crown.

KK Fosu graced the show. Aplus performed a track on his yet to be released album, so is Kofi Nti, assisted by Kobi B.

Meanwhile after pairing his imitator Buga to a performance at the show, the self acclaimed “King of the Street”, Kwaw Kese is set to partner former presidents John Jerry Rawlings and John Agyekum Kuffour in his zoomlion campaign to clean the streets of filth.

Though the invitation to partner the two Johns was not official, he made it known to the representative of both Presidents whiles on stage performing. The aide to the former president, Mr. Kofi Adams was there to represent his boss to give morale support to his boss impersonator.

Representing the former President J. A. Kufuor was former Deputy Minister of Information, Mr. Frank Agyekum who doubles as his spokesperson.

The madman who recently fed the inmates of the Pantang Mental Hospital was choose to lead the national sanitation campaign organized by Zoomlion to clear filth in every part of Ghana.

It is not clear whether the message will be conveyed to the two former presidents but we hope they get the message and help Kwaw Kese to keep the city clean.
